The only bad thing that I see on her come back is that it could take, easily over a year for her to make it to the East Coast with the backlog of requests that she must currently have in the West Coast were she currently resides.
Oh well I will just have to sit, be patient and update my "MUST SEE" list and YES she does meet all of The Doctor's requirements as I have spoken, corresponded and savoured her already.
