I used to run a fansite dedicated to Ms. St. Claire. I've shut it down, but I still kind of roam the internet acting as the publicist she never hired. In other words, I usually pop up with updates on her for anyone who asks. Well, it seems that you just asked (or were just asked yourself...I don't know...it's all so confusing).

Here's the deal with Taylor: she's semi-retired, only working when she really wants to. On top of that, she has returned to her girl/girl-only roots in what is hopefully just a temporary break from guys. She cited a growing discomfort with the youth movement and the extreme acts demanded of these girls as her primary reason for stepping back. This was all originally posted by (believe it or not) Scott Fayner over at lukeford.com , based upon a drunken phone conversation he had with her. In the end, he got the scoop because nobody else seemed to report this. Taylor did chime in herself in a Yahoo Group dedicated to her and said she was indeed semi-retired and taking a break from guys. (I can't find the damn Fayner article anywhere in the lukeford.com archives. Sorry)

I don't live anywhere near California so I don't really know anything about this for sure, but I've read that she is still dancing around the area, featuring at an Eros-Station for quite an extended stay. If she is still there I don't know.

On the movie front her most recent films include "Wet Fantasies" (Adam & Eve), "Ultimate Strap-On Super Slam 13" (Sticky Video), and "Sky's Perversions 2" (Sineplex.) Two other films are coming out or have come out in November in "Busty Leg Sex Babes" (Big Top Video) and "Tongue and Cheek 2" (Jost Productions) but these both seem to obscure tapes that are soley be new to DVD and don't constitute new scenes from her.

And I believe she is still active on www.puredomination.com but that was always one area of her career that I never cared about so I might be wrong.

Will Taylor be back? (the following is mostly just my speculation) I shill for her over at www.adultdvdtalk.com endlessly, approaching the fanboy status, but in reality I think the chances of her making a big comeback are just as likely as her disappearing altogther. She has been working since 1995, actively in hardcore since 1997. If she does indeed fully retire then we should just all be happy that she graced us with her presence for so long, especially considering the proliferation of the here today/gone today girls nowadays.

Col, all I did was provide some useful information I found on the internet because people her have been asking for her.  THAT IS ALL.  I've NEVER met Taylor St. Claire in person.  Why is it FastEddie & Doc passes along info and are praised while I get the fuck off treatment?

Wow! I didn't know Taylor has been in the business so long. I only found out about her a couple of years ago and I have been a huge fan ever since. She is awesome, very nice, met her once at AVN 2001 and I was just blown away. I wish I knew she was available back then. Anyways, I hope shes continues in the business but if not, I feel very fortunate to have met her and seen so many of her videos.

People are jealous of information you have and the only way these jealous little people can make themselves feel better about their pathetic little lives is to put shit on you, it goes with the territorty, welcome to the club. This is the reason many senior hobbyists no longer post here.
