It is a flaw in the reviewing system.  If you'll notice almost every provider listed as a "porn actress" is also an agency girl.  When one writes a review about an agency girl the system defaults to "porn actress: Yes".  TER used to give credit for problem reports regarding the mis-designation of "porn actress" but they no longer do.  A reviewer reviewing an agency girl must take the time to click "porn actress: No", other wise the sytem will denote that provider as a "porn actress" even though she has never performed before a camera.  Again, it's a glitch in the system.
