This can be a tough question depending on what you're looking for.

I've been with providers charging as low as $150/hr for an hour to $1,000 for an overnight, and they've been beautiful and performed at a PS level, with very few rules(safe though).  Those have mostly been from referrals or private intros.  I think most providers charging in the $150-$250/HR range can vary quite a bit in quality, so you have a lot of "hit-&-miss".  

I've also been with a few PS providers ranging from a low of $400/hr to $1,500/hr for anywhere from two hours to six hours, and again the longer the meeting the lower the rate. (I still haven't convinced myself to go for Kobe Tai @ $2,500/hr but I'm still debating with myself)

My personal opinion is that you typically will not get the best from a provider, PS or otherwise, in a one hour meeting.  I rarely will see any provider for less than two hours.  I've even met a few PS providers where we both planned a two hour meeting that ended up going for four, five or six hours because we were enjoying our time together. (Yes, this can get expensive!)

In any event, since I lean more towards the Asian providers, I think the opportunities are easier and more abundant here in Los Angeles for the variety of quality and fees.  Good Luck!

i'm just curious about how MUCH better a couple of hours with a porn star can be than with a $200/hr provider. it's a moot point since i ain't got the means :-) but i'd love to hear from somebody who has been with both $200 girls and $1000 girls.

i've been with some attractive women, and i've seen some pornos... ok, i've seen a LOT of pornos :-)... and i just wonder - should i be saving my nickels and going for 'quality' instead of quantity?

actually, the only thing i can imagine a porno star would definitely be better at is making ME feel like i'm a sexy as they are :) i'm a big ron jeremy fan :)
