I don't think Lexus escorts. I have never known anyone to have seen her. But you never know. Pornstars move in and out of relationships very quickly. If Lexus is between boyfriends, she might be available. Approach at a strip club and see what happens.
I recall reading a review about an encounter with a contract girl. The reviewer promised not to divulge her name but coyly hinted that when he walked her to her car he noticed it was very apropos for her. Since I know of no former contract girls by the name of "Infiniti", "Cadillac," or "Jaguar" it was clear to me he was referring to Lexus.
