I thought the same thing.  But when you look in her face, you can see its her.  She is a lot heavier no doubt.  About a year ago, there was talk about her return so most in Houston was waiting to see at which agency or spa she'd work.  Now I guess she's finally has return (don't know for how long).  Wildflowers is a reputable spa in Houston and I don't doubt it's her and that she's available.  I'll look out for the first reviews as I am sure someone will take one for the team.

I agree that porn stars don't age well, but at least they usually look like the same person.  She doesn't.

It's Isis Nile. Remember that her prime years in porn star were 10 years ago and she wasn't that young in starting her career in the first place.  She was escorting about 5 years ago and reports then said she gained quite a bit of weight.  I don't think losing 20 lbs is going to be enough to make her look good though  Too bad, she was one of my favorites in her prime.
