Hi guys,

I've heard such great things about you all from my friends in the business. My friend Alexis Amore tells me that she has just made herself available to you, and is very happy about the guys here. As you all probably know, the adult film business has slowed down a lot, so I'm really considering seeing a few select fans in private. I really don't know how and why these fake aliases are being posted-the joke is old and this is the type of stuff that is ruining and will RUIN these boards---Isn't someone navigating these boards?
As for the question on whether she escorts-the answer is a straight "NO!" Maybe in the future if she divorces her has-been, err never-was rocker husband..

I think the point has been made about Tera not being available, but what about Brooke Haven?  She is REALLY hot as well.  I tried to find out about her a few months ago, but with no luck.  Any info out there?  Thanks and have fun.

If either Sly or myself thought that someone was posting these messages for any reason other than to be funny and was actually trying to make people think that they really WERE Jenna, Tera, etc., we certainly wouldn't allow it.  

If, for example, the poster had used Brook Haven's name as an alias, lots of people might belive it to actually be a serious post from Brook, so it would never have made the board, but the thought of Jenna Jameson or Tera Patrick posting on TER to announce their availability is so patently absurd that everyone should recognize it for what it is... a joke! And certainly not something that would ruin this forum.

It may be safe to assume Jenna or Tera would not hang out on TER - but where is the line drawn?

Was that really Alexis Amore who posted last week? Does Sarah Blake really contribute?

What if Miko Lee decided to come out of isolation - would a post by Miko Lee be from her or an imposter?

Since we do have some pornstars that participate here, we should only allow that actual performer to use their name as a handle. That would eliminate any chance of any damage being done.

I too agree. Alexis Amore is actually a friend of mine and that mysterious post last week annoyed the hell out of me. So much so that I wrote to her asking about it on her MySpace page in order to clear the air. It doesn't matter to me whether a particular pornstar provides or not because that's their choice. But no one should be involuntarily "incriminated" (for lack of a better word) because not providing is their choice as well.

I'm not sure what you're saying about the authenticity of Alexis Amore's recent posts? That is a perfect example of what Eddie and I are talking about, as both of us questioned whether they were authentic or not, as they were not obvious jokes. Just so everyone knows, I personally verified that Alexis had in fact written them herself before allowing them to post to the board.

That is why I gave the example of Alexis Amore. Her post wasn't obviously a joke, so I personally took the time to verify that she had in fact posted it.

Also remember that moderators know the real username of people posting under an alias. We would never out anyone, so don't anyone worry.

So what constitutes an obvious joke? What if an "under the radar" pornstar were to post here-how would I or anyone else here know whether to respond to that post or not? The original poster here asked about Tera Patrick because of the simple fact that he DID NOT know whether she provided or not-and the other poster thought it would be funny to answer it using her alias. No moderator clarified it was a joke until I pointed out that it was-and an unfunny one at that. For someone like me the joke fell flat-but for the original poster, he most likely fell for it hook line and sinker. It was not a joke to him-and it couldn't have been-otherwise he would not have asked about her in the first place!
Not everyone here is a seasoned vet-we are all here to help spread news, not lies. If you go over to other threads such as ADT, you will see that SUPERSTARS of porn post there regularly-including even Jenna Jameson-so it is not uncommon. This is the reason why TER is changing for the worse.

My mistake Sly. I appreciate that you and Eddie check the authenticity of everyone. How was I supposed to know that Alexis was a serious post and that Tera & Jenna were only jokes? Where do we make the distinction? I know both of y'all have clarified it since then...thanks.

Again I apologize for making inciting any doubts about the validity of Alexis' profile. Please understand that I'm very protective about my friend and didn't want to see any "jokes" done at her expense. And by all means gentlemen, see her if possible. She's a total sweetheart and could give any other PSE a run for their money.

I think it's very funny when I see these messages, which is why I allow them to get posted. They are so obviously meant to be a joke that I enjoy to see the reaction. Trust us that if we see something that looks serious when we know it's a joke, Eddie and I will make sure it's known.

As for Alexis Amore, that was verified by myself to be REAL! For those of you who have been waiting years to see her, I highly suggest you move quickly as I doubt she'll be available for long.
