If you have been in a RIP-OFF or SCAM situation
involving a Porn Star provider or a non Porn
Star provider, would you file a complain with
law enforcement? Yes or no... Since the majority
of RIP-OFFS and SCAMS from providers are not reported by fellow hobbiest to law enforcement due to the fact that prostitution is illegal in all 50 states except for the brothels outside
of Vegas. Feedback is most welcome on this subject.
short answer is no if it were just regarding money.
I don't hobby with money I need so I if I Lost it, it wouldn't mean much. I also wouldn't want the notoriety which is also why I don't hobby in my own home town.
I did get taken a long time ago by one of those "going to get change" deal. I also learned no amount of calling is gonna get your money back.
I also gave some money to that guy Mike, long time members would know him, who ran an agency back in the early 2000's.
So lesson learned is don't put yourself in the position to be ripped off and you won't need t call the police.
Now if I got in a position where I was physically threatened or a threat was placed which I believed, yeah I would call the cops in a heartbeat. I wouldn't let pride get in the way of my safety.
I would not; it's the risk you take doing this stuff. Also, I find if one does their homework, they won't get caught in any of these situations.
all time dumbest post on ter
LMAO
Really?.........are you kidding?....seriously as this is all fantasy perhaps you are joking....but if not fyi any sort of illegal contract or conduct is unenforceable legally if you get ripped off.....but as I agree with social darwinism I strongly suggest *YOU* contact the local constablary the next time you are shorted on a dope deal or short shrifted by a provider....the herd needs thinned at times

No we are not all Demi Delia or whatever her name is, Sexy Secret.
Don't tell me you went against the majority of advice you got on your previous post. I told you, you weren't ready for the deep end yet. If your other post was correct how did you come upon a girl's phone # with no reviews or ad anywhere. She just called you out of the blue?
No, I would not call the police if a prostitute ripped me off...
As others have said, it doesn't have to happen. Do your research and avoid women with no history or a bad history. Twenty-something years ago a streetwalker emptied my wallet while she was giving me a BJ in the front seat of my car. I never even knew it until I stopped for coffee the next day. I learned my lesson about trust. It is earned, not assumed.
an answer. Email me [email protected] This happen to a good friend of mine and he told me what he did. His was more along the line of blackmail but the principal is the same. I have another idea as well ;-D Sorry this happened to you.
id bet 1:1 that you are the guy that was ripped off by jasmine tame
There has been and likely will be a LOT of complaining, grumbling, etc. about the fees charged by the various well known agencies...in order to be fair, it should be pointed out that the types of rip-offs that have been discussed here the last couple of days are less likely to happen if you use one of the well known agencies, as opposed to booking direct. That doesn't mean that there might be other smaller issues but at least you are less likely to have a situation like the one described below with Jasmine Tame. If the same thing had happened with Jasmine being booked through an agency, you would have someone to complain to who could then also lose business if a negative review went up or a negative thread was posted here. I'm not saying the agencies are perfect but you do decrease your risk of having the girl taking the money and running by using them. Just something to consider.
I would be mad and want to but NO I would not call the police to file a complaint because you just end up looking bad yourself. Where I'm from this could make the 6 o'clock news..."man gets robbed by an escort". Highly humiliating!
Filing a report with the police is really not something you want to do. First of all, as you mentioned, LE considers our little hobby illegal. So you stand to only get yourself into more difficulty.
Secondly, think about it, don't most criminal reports to police go by the wayside after perhaps a day or two of investigation. I know people who have been victims of burglers and if you knew how little the police put into finding the people you would know theat they would do little to recover your losses. Basically most cops are glorified and overpaid mall cops that just take reports. They are subject to "putting their life n the line, maybe once every 10 to 20 years so that inflates their ego.
The county, city, and state that you live in is much more interested in having their officers make money by writing tickets for speeders and such than helping you, they make no money off that.
The worst thing you can do to the scammer is to post a review, she will constantly have to change info to attempt to avoid the negative feedback. ANd of course, use caution when seeing unreviewed providers, or do what I do, dont see them unless they have reviews.
