Talk about missing the point....did you even read my post?
The name and pictures in the ad are meaningless in legal proceedings. The only thing that matters is if prosecution can prove a connection to the ad via a money connection (or some other causal relationship, computer forensics, etc). If that isn't possible...I doubt the ad even comes up in court. Here's how it would go down: Prosecution: "For exhibit A, we introduce this ad on an escort mall clearly depicting the name and photos of the defendant"Defendant: "I didn't post that ad"
Judge: "Prosecution, do you have any proof the defendant posted the ad?"
Prosecution: "No, your honor. But, it's her name and pictures. Who else would use her likeness?"
(laughter erupts around the court room)
Judge: "What, did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night?"
(more laughter) Game over for the prosecution. Consider the opposite scenario: Prosecution: "For exhibit A, we enter this ad on a popular escort mall depicting a Jamaican beauty named Shanice Shivers."
Defendant: "That isn't even me. I'm white and my name is Belinda Blowjob. How is that evidence?"
Prosecution: "We have here additional evidence, artifacts B and C, a bank statement from Ms. Blowjob showing a disbursement to the ad mall on the date the ad was placed in the posted amount of the ad option in question and copies of emails from the defendant's email account confirming the transaction. We also have phone records connecting the posted number on the ad and the defendant's phone." Game over for the defendant. Doesn't anyone watch Law and Order anymore?!?!?! You have to have evidence!!! :p AND....my main point wasn't even about the legel BS. I just don't consider this UTR...I don't care how many girls do it. I mean...that is the very height of oxymoronism....an ad stating UTR status. Ridiculous.... I mean...do you believe everything the ads say? "elite", "ultra high end", "low volume", etc. It's all bunk just to get guys to buy the product. That's all I'm saying.
I never thought we would see this one on a public board. Can't post link from phone please look at Eros NYC for utr name Jamie linder
'm not surprised to see her escorting. She needs the money.
Too bad she didn't escort when she was in her prime and much better looking. She would have made millions. Her actions are such a common theme among top porn stars. They won't escort when they are in their prime, and only when they are over 40 and broke do they considering escorting. Examples include Nina Hartley, Jill Kelly, Debi Diamond. Teri Weigel, Shayla LaVeaux and many others.
If "Jamie's" price is reasonable, I'm sure they'll be strong demand for her services. If she's booking at $3,000 per hour or more, maybe not..
I am a bit surprised. Isn't she on probation or parole? Clear violation in that ad.
there is a thread on 8/12 about her- admit it is a surprise I'm sure years ago when she had big contract wouldn't have even consider, but jail, IRS judgment etc plus she can't be getting as nearly much in porn considering the overall downturn in the industry and the fact that she is several years older
I have ALWAYS said this: Any porn star who is very popular yet does not take advantage of it by escorting is a fool.
1) Why blur the face yet post under a well recognized name? The first photo is from the cover of a popular album for cryin out loud...
2) Maybe I'm not clear on what UTR means? But...I thought it meant you don't broadcast that you fuck dudes for money? "You keep on using that word. But I do not think it means what you think it means."
they miss spell the name and blur the face so she doesnt come up in google searches
100% deniability if she happens to be dealing with legal issues
100% deniability if she happens to be dealing with legal issues
All in all, it's not going to fool many people b/c the ad mentions Vivid superstar...has pictures with easily identifiable characteristics...tattoos, album art, etc....it's either a b/s fake or it's her trying to avoid notice...while advertising to get noticed....yes kids...that's irony.
If there were legal proceedings....i suspect it is highly unlikely that any legal pursuit would be based soley on an ad in an escort mall anyway. What's the offense? Prosecutors would need something else. Any defense could demonstrate how easy it is to post an ad with any pictures. So...unless an explicit money connection could be proved...the ad is not really that valuable to legal proceedings anyway. The fact that it includes blurred but still easily recognizable pictures and a different name is pointless. Any investigator worth 2 cents could easily find it. All of us dumb horny bastards did and easily figured out who it really was.
Add that to the fact that she served time for tax evasion recently...I'm sure she's being watched.
I don't wish anyone ill will....just doesn't seem that UTR to me is all
not unusual- maybe a little overly cautious but I have seen other ads that I understand that are legit where they use a variation of the name and a pic that does not show face- everyone knows who it is which is the point, but still can be denied or won't show up on search as said above
Legal proceedings don't always mean a bust, maybe a sticky divorce or a messy custody battle (both of which she went through/is dealing with). Bree Olson does it, Nikki Benz does it - you aren't supposed to be somehow fooled by it being a different name but known pics but rather in a court proceeding there is just as the booker said - 100% deniability.
Trust me as someone who sees porn stars this is pretty much the norm.
