Most sites in this hobby seem to be getting away from allowing references from agencies.  TER used to allow agencies to whitelist someone but they changed that.  Now, only individual escorts can whitelist someone.

I personally have no knowledge of how P411 works since I refuse to become a member.  Any site that tells you that you pay first, and then if they don't like the information you provide them for verification, you forfeit your money, is a site I DO NOT TRUST and will not join.  I don't care how "honest" the site might be - I've been screwed before with sites with policies like that (and not just ones in the adult industry) and it's taken me months to get my money back.  I eventually do get it back since the law does not allow forfeitures but it's just not worth the hassle to take the chance that some rogue site will take my money and refuse to give it back if they reject my "application.
