Just a week or two ago I received an email announcing her last appointments in L.A. last week before leaving the biz and moving to the east coast. I'm sorry, I don't even remember which agency it was that emailed me and I've since deleted it.
No. Apparently you missed the part in my post about "leaving the biz". It was pretty clear from the email that the L.A. appointments were the last chance to see her.

For what it's worth, I've never had an issue with a TLC girl being unavailable.
In my experience, they have all been available when I've inquired. Some are just a little less available from a pure calendar perspective. They can't all be available at the drop of a hat.
But, instead of complaining on the message board I recommend you talk/email Adonia. She's a wonderful person to deal with.
