I think most of the restricted porn sites can be accessed with vpn.  I just tried it with xhamster.  It didn't require ID if you use the correct vpn locations.

Looks like you have to sign up and the previews are free. It's a revenue sharing site so the amateur producers get 50%. The producers also create their own previews.
