Actually, I believe she and her boyfriend broke up.  If you are on Twitter at all, it's pretty evident that she is in a very strong relationship with Aiden Ashley.  They attended the AVNs together and refer to themselves as a couple.  

I have no idea if that has affected her stance on escorting or not.
