She used to be available from about 1999-2004.  Then, she disappeared for a while, and resurfaced around 2008 or so.  I don't know if she is currently available but her reviews are linked below and from there you can find the last agency she worked with.  Unfortunately, they now appear to be running a pay site, and I'm not willing to shell out money for a "membership".

Anyway, I saw her back in 2001 and she was absolutely AWESOME.  Very few pornstars rocked my world the way she did.
