I agree 3k for 1 hr is too much. If they charge that high of an amount or higher for 1 hr I already can tell how they are as a person (character) and performance wise (fun factor/satisfaction) it won't even be fun...plus they will have a lot of rules (we all know how a huge turn on those are).
No one is worth that much for 1 hr, no one. Even after meeting my absolute favorite PS (who I met several times)...if she charged me that much, I would have to say no. Even after factoring in with how much I like and respect her (generally speaking) the experience is not worth 3k.
