As a HUGE Asian PS fan, I noticed the lack of Asian girls on the list -- Tera Patrick (go figure), then Asia Carrera, who hasn't done a film in what?  8 years?!?  Come on....
Basically, as I read it, that list is the number of hits/searches on that specific website.  I have not searched the site to see what kind of variety they offer, but porn is a very individualized thing -- what some like; others don't.  In the words of Floyd Gondolli in Boogie Night, "I like simple pleasures, like butter in my ass, lollipops in my mouth. That's just me. That's just something that I enjoy."  
I may not like to be "buttered" like Floyd, but I do LOVE me some young Asian porn stars!

As I look at the list it starts to feel like a Brazzers or Naughty America promotion. Sure enough, Brazzers has an ad smack dab at the bottom.

Well I apologize if I jumped a bit harsh on ya bro...first let me say in person Memphis is breathtaking, way beyond hot ;-).....and honestly look at the site you referenced the page is filed under "bitches and sluts" does that not seem like a bit of an agenda? ....and the whole graphics pointing to pics is just hyperbolic and cruel....so yes, I will admit an affinity for  Memphis based on the fact she delivers 110% on the pse ideal (she has nothing but stellar reviews) and perhaps even that I'm a bit smitten with her beauty....but still discounting my jaded view that post is just rude and over the line

I must say if you are in the porn business and making money every lady is fair game..The ladies must have a thick skin because they are not for every guy's taste..

Was also looking the site www.payones.com and you have the guys give reviews of the ladies filmed sessions..I tell you what they are a lot more crude comments about other porn ladies than Memphis having moles on body..In fact there are about 12 Memphis Monroe's scenes on that where guys gave their opinions..and they were 98%positive..Usually before I book with any porn lady and it is above my budget I look at that site to see what the other guys are saying about her..

It's like ARod if you are making the money you are fair game..Like or not..

No offense to Memphis but Jenna Jameson is the #1 lady in porn by most guys..And I am sure these rankings have to do with the number of hits or number of videos sold..

If Jenna Jameson were to escort today she could easily command 5K an hour..And honestly I would find a way to see her and pay her rate..

As for Nina Hartely yes she in her 50's but she still has a huge fan base of guys 40+..I would have thought Julia Ann would be ranked a little higher..

This IS from 2008 right?  If so, how does Jenna get to #1, what has she done lately? Those pics they show on that site are obviously not even recent ones. I know Devon did one scene for Brazzers w/ Nikki Benz but I haven't seen or heard anything else.  Both of them are two of my fav's, but I wouldn't rate them as some of the best of 2008.

What is the grading system that they used? I'm a lil skeptical of some of the ratings they gave.

I've seen Memphis (and hope to again when she comes back to San Francisco!). A nicer, more down-to-earth girl you'll never meet! Any "top 10" list is subject to scrutiny these days. Are these results by Google? Yahoo? A porn review site? Does popular mean most searched, most well known, most downloaded? ... blah blah blah.
