I don't know the rules on this - this is someone I've seen multiple times and already reviewed, so I can't write a new review.

Had a date booked for Saturday night in Las Vegas (she had to fly in from L.A.).  Sent a deposit for 50% of the total (because I know her and have never had an issue.  Texted all the way up to about 2:30 Saturday.  Then radio silence and no call/no show.  Has been unresponsive since.

I've sucked it up and chalked it up to the odds finally turning against me, but feel like I should give fair warning to those of you out there potentially looking to book her.

I booked directly (as I always have with her) and so there's no getting the deposit back.

Is it permissable to name her?

If she ripped off, then "Hell Yeah!! Name her!!"

Sativa Rose - direct booking.  Completely shocked me given how many times I've seen her in the last 8 years, all direct booked.  Just a caution when direct booking anyone and asked for a deposit.  Deposit request didn't phase me (airfare, hotel reservation) given our history, but damn. . .

I've said for years that the idea of paying for access to a password protected site for escorts (porn star or not) is just an alarm bell to me that they only care about your money and not your satisfaction.  Don't do it.

I've also said that sending a deposit is ALWAYS a bad idea.  Just because you've seen a girl several times before doesn't mean anything, especially with a direct booking.  There are all kinds of things that could change.  For example, I once booked a date with a girl who had to fly out to meet me and she had decided just before the trip to go off her medication and ended up not getting on the plane.  I'm not sure that I would pay for a plane ticket as Adonia said (because I've been burned before) but that might be the only exception I would consider in terms of advance payment.

Sorry to hear it but this sort of thing happens. Sativa Rose has been flakey in the past. Count yourself lucky to have had no real issues with her up until now.
