Well, when I sent her an e-mail two or three months ago to inquire about her rates, it took her awhile to respond. I assumed at the time that was an indication that she didn't check that e-mail address until she was "active"/on tour.

She once told me that she doesn't answer emails at that address when she is not actively touring. So if she's taking a break for some reason, you probably won't hear from her for a while.
