This may be a longshot, but I think she's a former provider with Club TLC out of Phoenix; also went by the name Gina.  She gave me a my first rimjob.     Saw her in 2006 or 2007.  Was muscular and in great shape.  Looks like she still maintains herself pretty well.  Not sure what happened to her since - thought she might have retired from providing.
