Thanks for all of the info!  Carmella is being advertised with Global Courtesans, hoping it is legit.  On a side note, seeing as your pretty experienced on this boards, do you know if there is anyway I can go about having my username changed?  I'd love to start posting and reviewing regularly but wasn't thinking when I originally set up the account and my username is pretty identifiable to people that know me.  And as we all know, anonymity is the name of the game!

I do not believe that Global Courtesans is a reliable agency.  I know that some have had good experiences with them but I also know several porn stars who are listed on their site who never heard of them, and others that won't work with them.  TLC is the best, followed by Pam.  After that, I'd go with BodyMiracle or Lita.  Between those, and the independents, you're pretty well covered and there's no need to use a potentially unreliable agency like GC.

As for MyPlatinumProvider, who is supposedly another player in this game, I have my doubts.  Until their posting here a short time ago, I thought they were out of business.  I've tried to contact them for information on providers they've advertised and have not gotten an answer. I've filled in the form on their website to get access to the VIP list at least 3 times and have not gotten an answer.  I have tried to contact them to set up an appointment with one of their ladies and have not gotten an answer.  They have ladies listed on their site that I believe are not actually available. So, while other people seem to like them and use them, I have my doubts about them.

As for changing your username... contact support by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.  They're the only ones who can help you with that.  However, if all you are seeking is anonymity on the boards, you might try using an alias.  If you pay for VIP or get VIP credits for posting reviews, you can use an alias when posting to the boards that hides your real id.  No one will be able to contact you through the alias though, and the reviews will have your real id.  But, at least it's better than nothing.

Hey, been scouring the boards for a long time, but 1st time really posting.  I'm coming across a nice Christmas bonus this year and am looking to treat myself.  I've seen a small number of pornstars at a lower price point (Summer Sinn, Kendra Secrets, Jennifer Steele) and had great times but this is the 1st time I'm considering someone with a higher donation.  I'm in the NJ/NYC area and I have a few girls in mind:

Sara Jay
Katja Kassin (who just announced that she is coming out of retirement on her Twitter, yay!)

Thanks for the info.  Unfortunately the bonus does not arrive until early January, so I am tied up until then with that pesky Christmas shopping.  I saw Jen in NYC a few months ago, she advertises on Eros whenever she is in town.  Definitely recommend, the price was right and she was a great time.

I'm not sure that Carmella is currently providing.

Sara Jay and Katja Kassin have gotten good reviews.  I've not seen either of them so I cannot give you any first-hand info on either of them.

It's hard to give a person you don't know recommendations because you don't know what their tastes are.  My best suggestion would be to go to TLCs site, or Pam's site, or BodyMiracle's site and browse.  You're sure to find someone to your tastes there.

I know that Katie Kox, Emily Parker, and Eden Adams are all in NYC right now through TLC.  I don't know if you'd call them A-List but I would certainly call Eden that - after all, she was the Penthouse Pet for June 2011 and she is awesome in person.  I may have more info on the other two in a day or so. :-)

If those ladies aren't to your liking then you should contact the agents/websites listed above and I'm sure they can fly the lady of your choice out to NY for you.  Just be warned: Both Christmas and AVN are coming up and any of the ladies that are planning to attend AVN may not be available to come out to the NYC area until late January or early February.
