I am thinking about seeing a ps coming into town, an her rate is 1K for hour, but besides the fact that she's a pornstar, what other services should I expect
I've been with GFE for a lot less, and some of them do PS things like cim an allow backdoor fingering
Any special positions I should try, or a different way of finishing?

I have been in the hobby for three years and have seen over twenty providers, three of whom were pornstars. Granted, they were all significantly less than 1k (at $500, Brandy Dean was the most), but all of them were established adult performers. They were all super busty (Chessie Moore, Summer Sinn) which was my primary reason for seeing them. As far as the sessions...well, they were fun, but I have had better sessions with my local ATF and other, cheaper providers as well. My point is that just because a woman does porn does NOT mean that she is a PSE. I know that seems a bit ironic but I have always found local providers to be a lot more open minded than visiting pornstars - for instance, I have never been with a pornstar who offered cim. My advice to you is 1) read the reviews about the pornstar who is visiting (that way you will have some idea of what is on the menu) and 2) REALLY think about whether it is worth 1k for to be with this woman...is she one of your favorites or do you just want someone with a lot on the menu. If she IS one of your favorites, go for it. You only live once. But if you just want Greek or something else a little more taboo I would advise you to seek out a good local provider. I must reiterate that this is all based on my experiences...but pornstar status does not always equal a PSE session!

With a PS what you're really paying for vs any other provider who might offer similar [or better] services for far less money is just the opportunity to fcuk a celebrity.
Someone you've seen in action or in a magazine, got a hard for and can actually have an experience with.
Nothing more than that. So it's just a matter of how much celebrity is worth to you, vs just having a real good session with a beautiful woman, celebrity or not.
If it weren't about celebrity then the PSE would be just that, you'd do or mimick the acts you see in the scenes with no restrictions. In that case the higher fee would then be assumed to be paying for the exclusivity of the session. Higher fees in theory mean fewer people making the experience [again in theory], safer and more exclusive to a select few.
Unfortunately, many PS's charge astronomical rates without ever coming close to replicating with hobbiest what they do on film. i.e. Daisy Marie... etc
Which confirms again that what they are offering is experience with a celebrity not Porn Star Experience.
That to me is a more important distinction.
The PS's realize that you are paying a premium and make sure you get your money's worth. As far as I know, I have always been the only appointment of the day, makeup and clothing have been perfect and every attempt to give the "on film" experience has been made.
Granted, I don't own or watch much porn, but the PS's I have been with combine just the right amounts of sluttiness and class and all know exactly what they are doing.
Not to say that my non-PSE experiences have not been just as fulfilling, just different. Two completley different worlds.

That celebrity thing doesn't mean anything to me anymore, though at one time it did...
If Tori Black or Sasha Grey provided, but it wasn't the service i wanted, I would not see them for free....I'd rather go stare at the Hollywood sign from the Hollywood/Highland shopping complex than have an appt. that is not what i want...So that celebrity thing in and of itself does not do anything for me....

I've been with many women over the 30 years I've been doing this and a fair number of pornstars. In my opinion, there is more variety in what constitutes "PSE" than there is in what constitutes "GFE".
Having said that, I don't think it's the celebrity factor as others have suggested. I've seen plenty of porn actresses who do not claim to offer "PSE". And, I've seen a few non-actresses who claimed to offer "PSE". So, I don't think it's the fuck-a-celebrity thing.
It seems to me that what many providers consider a "PSE" experience means that it's mostly non-stop action just like in a movie, where you can pretty much do anything in any position. Unless the woman claims to be "GFE/PSE" you can probably expect that there won't be kissing.
To look at it another way, when you see a someone for a GFE experience, it's not just the activities like kissing, it's the sitting and talking, cuddling, and other kinds of things you might do on a date with a non-provider. With a PSE, it's just like in the movies - pull each other's clothes off and get squelchy.
Some people believe that "PSE" means that you can do things you've seen on film that are unsafe, or can be described by the colors red, yellow, or brown. This is NOT true. Sure, some providers do those things and if you're into that, fine. But, don't automatically assume that because someone says they are a "PSE" and you've seen these activities in a film, that you can do it with her. ASK FIRST!
BTW, if you're going through an agency, and have established a history with them and a rapport with them, they'll probably be able to tell you what that particular pornstar means when she says she's "PSE".

What you're paying for is celebrity and to be able to watch a film later and say yeah I paid $1600 to fcuk her one time.
Personally, I never understood the difference between PSE and GFE. I assumed PSE is simply a title for pornstars to capitalize on to make more money. They can charge more because there pseudo-celebrity.
Paying for pornstars for me would be all about fantasy, fulfilling a dream, and making it a reality. I wouldn't pay just to be with any pornstar but pornstars I liked. That being the case there are maybe like a dozen I would want to see. I agree with creolepeppa a big part of the appeal besides hotness is the celebrity factor thing.
And I also agree with him on this too there are many hot non-pornstars providers out there who can be had for a lot less.
It has nothing to do with prices because there are GFEs that charge more than pornstars.
