Unless she had an actual ad up, or has a web site someplace, there is no way to get a TER review up for her.  Your best bet is to have people who may have seen her PM you....so hopefully you are a VIP here and can receive PM's, if not, I recommend spending the 60 for a quarterly membership.

She hasn't had her own ad up in quite sometime now. But she is listed on Pam's site & Randy 20514( I think he recently changed his ter handle),who post here frequently has good contact info on her.
I saw her a couple of years back & she was fantastic !!! A little late for appt. but she made up for it with her performance !!    She's on my shortlist for my next L.A. visit !!    ;)

I saw Holly several times, although it was several years ago. What I learned from my visits with her is that she will never arrive on time, but she will always get there. And once she arrives the performance is excellent. The first time I did not enjoy the session so much because I was pissed on how late she arrived. But she made it up. Bottom line is don't get upset when she is late, you will be more than rewarded when she arrives.
