Diamond as a big fan of yours and a photographer I hope you have filed a complaint with Eros to get the pics in question removed.Eros has some kind of release they have people sign stating the photo's are of them before they post them to cover against copyright infringement and put the onus on the poster.You should be able to get them to take the photo's down tho if you prove they are you.Eros in the past used to be much stricter on the photo's they post to the website,I even had to provide a photographer's release in the past for a provider I did pics for.Now all they care about is making money and when a company cares more about the dollar and nothing for its credibility or how it serves its clients it is usually a bad indication of where it is headed.

They don't even check. As long as you give them the info they require, you could post a picture of Mother Theresa and I'm sure they wouldn't even catch it.
