It's a TV commercial for Axe hair gel... At the beach, a guy with spiky hair dives off a rock and comes out of the water with fish "speared" by his hair.  He approches the woman, not realizing he's got fish impaled on his hair spikes, and seagulls begin diving at his head while the gorgeous woman with incredible tits wearing a yellow bikini, lounging in a beach chair, watches.  I've seen it dozens of times.
