i'll be seeing one of my favorite PSs next week and am thinking about asking her if i can use my cell phone camera to take a picture of the two of us (just of our heads) and also one of her kissing me on the cheek - is this appropriate?  i worry about starting off the experience the wrong way

i've also though about asking if i could take one during a BJ - is this too far?

(they'd all be only for me - just to my computer for some wallpaper or in the photos folder)

I personally think it is ok...as long as:
you will not sell or distibute the footage without her permission...Small forms of keepsakes, ie: videos, stills are an amazing way for our fans to cherish the occasion...I am naturally turned on when a camera is present, so I must insist on photos and videos...YES INSIST!Some utr stars may not be as inclined to do so, which is understood,so ask....before hand...and ENJOY!....XOXOXOX

When I first started seeing PSEs I brought a video camera with me and taped all of my meetings (having asked in advance, of course).

Most pornstars don't have a problem with it.  Some charge extra, some don't, and some actually carry a form with them that they have you sign stating that the photos/videos are for your personal use and won't be commercially distributed.

Eventually I stopped taping because it got in the way of the fun, but I still enjoy popping them into the player and reliving the experiences.

I always bring two regular digital cameras, each with 8 gig memory cards (which will record about 2 hours).  I simply ask early in the session if I can make a digital memory.  Althoug it may be your first time asking, these girls have heard that question a bazillion times...

Virtually every porn star I have seen is fine with BOTH photos and having the camera record the hour (from two angles), for no extra cost.

With non-porn girls, I would say 75% of the girls are fine with photos and 60% fine with recording the whole session.  

I leave one camera running the whole time on the nightstand or TV stand and the other is hand-held gonzo by me and the girl (providers are great about filming you).  

I only have one girl who ever wanted to charge more, and so far I have passed on paying extra (I see her regularly).  

Of course, this rate or agreement pre-supposes you don't strike the girl as the kind of guy who is going to burn her by posting on a gonzo site.  

By this point I have quite a personal collection of digital movies.  Any laptop will have video editing software on it these days.

And a lot of girls appreciate having a good snapshot of themselves sent to them (most have all the photos they need, but some local boards have "Tags" where you post photos, and some girls in some localities like the buzz).

If you have not been taking a camera and asking girls, you have been short-changing yourself.

like everyone eles said, the bottom line is, ask BEFORE the day of your session and be COMPLETLEY honest about what you want to shoot and what you plan to do with the footage.

If your lucky she might even ask you to help her shoot some content for her site.

I never ask ahead of the time.  

These girls all know how to say "no."

Just ask.  Accept her answer.

Some I have seen ..non PS will not let you take digital pictures but may be OK if it's a Polaroid and they get to pick which ones you keep. I got one with me receiving BJ but careful to only show enough of her that she can't be recognized. Unfortunately my supply of film is running out and they have stopped making it.

It's better to ask ahead of time than on the spot. This way you don't waste $$$. If a PS asks for a fortune, but doesn't do vids, I move on. Better than asking when you meet her, you have no choice anymore, she's got you.

I don't book with a girl I don't want to see irrespective of whether they'll let me make a digital image.

I don't think most girls can fairly answer yes or no to the request until she sees you and sizes you up.  On the other hand, you gotta love that Debi Diamond INSISTS you video her.  She obiously brings the same A-game sizzle to a session she always brings to a scene.  What a woman.

If you are personable and not out to do mischief, I think you will have a high yes rate in person.

But if video is a deal breaker for you, then, yes, ask up front, but you are narrowing your pool of talent.

thank you all for your input - the PS i am seeing is one of my top 3 favorite so a "no" wouldn't be a deal breaker since i still want the experience

i am comfrted by how many folks say this seems reasonable, so i plan on getting a few pics and maybe a video or two...i'll ask politely and assure her it's for my own benefit...she'll likely believe that since i want a photo of the two of us...less likely to be on board with the video but it can't hurt to ask...

The key is to simply ask. I took a camera pic of a PS provider and she was cool with it. Then another time I asked and I was told "no XXX, just face shots and clothed" but when I saw her she said it was cool and went topless, just no action shots. I've taken a few XXX ones and video taped once and been offered to video on a repeat visit w/ another if I wanted.

Many are at least open to the idea, some more so than others I'm sure as to how graphic or what content may be recorded.  But if you ask in a simple, honest, and respectful way you'd prob be surprised what you might be allowed to do.

Worst she can say is no, and as long as you asked as a gentleman there shouldn't be any ill effects. As mentioned before they prob get asked a million times.
