It happens more often than you might think, but not on the second date. Some PSE's who have a long standing relationship with a client might offer BBFS, it has been offered to me on two occasions by well known PSE's, but it is a stupid thing to do, I also know some well known PSE's that have been mention on this board many times that are carriers of lesser stds, they won't kill you, but you might wish you were dead if you contract them. When the referee instructs two fighters in the ring, he says gentlemen protect your self at all times and if you are going to play in this hobby you should heed that warning, just a word to the wise. Yes, Many will offer it if you have a current PCR-DNA test, but use the big head on this one

I saw JR Carrington a few years ago and she didn't want to use one.  I put my pants back on, headed to a drug store and returned to have an average time.
