Yes, TLC's ladies do tour.  I know that Victoria Sin, Sindee Jennings and others were in NYC  about two months ago.  I saw Sindee twice in NYC.  

You have to understand that touring is very expensive for the ladies and the agencies - they have to book flights, and rooms in advance without knowing whether or not they will have enough "dates" to cover the fees.  And that cost doesn't take into account things like clothes, cosmetics, food and other things the ladies need while on tour.

Also, there is the problem of getting rooms.  NYC is a very, very, big tourist destination in the summer months and it's very difficult for an agency to book rooms.  I know several hotels in NYC were booked solid for June, July and August, months in advance.  So, yes, it is possible that there will be more providers touring in NYC once the tourist season ends.

There are a lot of factors involved and I'm sure Adonia can explain this better than I can.

Mrfrench is right regarding setting up a Tour... the planning is extensive & the trip costly.
