I would say chances of this happening are very, very low at the moment.

This could be very useful to those in the sex industry generally. However I feel the porn industry as an industry should be upfront in providing these medication to performers.  

The added cost of health coverage might discourage producers from signing random talent, chewing them up and spitting them out 6months later by actually forcing them to invest in a performer's well being.  

It might save lives in more than one way.....
