I vaguely recall seeing something that indicated that she had stopped providing- this was a while ago-  did she start again or utr?  I don't know- but my best educated guess is not available- no idea about contact info- try twitter or facebook

I've seen Jacky several times and I always go over to say "hello" at the Exxxotica conventions and we're sort of friends.
