Hello hobbyists. Going to keep this short & to the point. As the title suggests I've come to warn the people about my negative experience with Beauty Dior. I have a review of her from back in 2015 but this is a separate event. Last year I started sending her deposits to re-do our first session.  

I finished paying down her donation back in the summer. The plan was when she visits NYC she'd come through Rochester again and finish what we started. I should also add that there was a discussion of doing a double with Candace Von. I was down for that but I prefer giving a woman my undivided attention. (That's another post of itself)

Well after the summer it was like she vanished. Not completely cuz every once in a while she'd respond to a text but it had all the hallmarks of what I call "the slow fade". (As in the tendency for women to disappear slowly over time). Meanwhile she's posting on instagram and such but I can't get the courtesy of some acknowledgement either way.

So if you're thinking about spending some time with her I suggest you either have it all at once and are actually in a city she's in or look elsewhere. No one deserves to have their energy, time, or money wasted.

Ok so you prepaid a date with this girl and now she is making excuses or just avoiding the whole "lets get together?" question?

No excuse making. So it would fall under avoiding the let's get together part. I fulfilled my end of things but after that it's been like pulling teeth getting a response.

If you have to give a deposit.
Please never give the full amount in advance and only pay the balance.
When the two of you meet for the date.
It's always two sides to every story, but always protect yourself in this hobby.

I've said it time and time again, NEVER pay in advance - not in full, not deposits unless you ABSOLUTELY trust the person (and there are few people I would say that about in this hobby).  Once they have your money, they have absolutely no incentive to do anything for you, or to even talk to you again.  

Call it a lesson learned the hard way.

It's been a long time since i sent deposits, and though they never resulted in rip offs, probably wouldn't do it again...And especially after the one appt. in Dec, where a major mis-communication occurred, I would only do it if i trusted the person 103%..

I don't have any skin in the (porn star) game, but I am wondering ...  

When you deal with the agencies (TLC, HelpUB, PP: see next thread down), I assume you pay the deposit, if any, to the agency. If your scheduled date flakes, I assume the agency does not pay her and will refund the deposit to you.  Does that actually happen?

How does the agency confirm whether the date did or did go AWOL? The date could call from anyplace and say, "Yeah, he just got here. I'll call you when he leaves." and get back to her knitting. Of course, the guy would probably call the agency after 10-20 minutes of NCNS and ask what's up.  

How does that work?

I don't pay deposits any more but... if you search through this discussion board for previous discussions about deposits and no shows, you'll find that there are several ladies and agencies who will NOT refund the deposit.  They may offer another date or something and, I think more often than not, it's just a loss to the hobbyist.  In general, from my own experiences and what I've read here and what I've heard elsewhere: once the money is in their hands, it's gone.  There are no refunds.  It also doesn't matter whether you are talking about porn stars (and their agencies) or other escort agencies: once they have your money, it's gone.  That's the nature of the business.

Now, things *might* be a bit different in those locations (such as Nevada) where prostitution is legal.  In those places, you might have some legal recourse to call the police or sue them or something.  Because it's a legal business there, you get the same rights in that transaction as you would for any transaction (such as, for example, calling a plumber who doesn't show up but bills you anyway).  But, because everywhere else it's illegal, the cops won't help you get your money back, the courts won't help you get your money back and so the more unscrupulous of individuals/agencies will just keep your money and laugh at you when you ask for it back because they know there's not a damn thing you can do about it.  

That's one of the reasons I'm glad for sites like this where people can post their experiences and spread the word about ladies who don't show up, the ladies who take your money and say they "have to go out to the car for something" never to be seen again, and unscrupulous agencies that take your money and laugh at you when you ask for it back.

Who are the agencies who will NOT refund the deposit? Some porn star could try to cash and dash you or something.

^^^^This. Precisely. Exchanging money doesn't entitle us to their services but if they're not going to honor their word, stop advertising. I won't speak for anybody else but I took up the hobby because I wasn't to attract women in real life. Kept running into flaky bs, fake numbers, etc. This was supposed to be a respite from that. But alas, women will milk you for all you're worth and leave you hanging no matter their profession

Also stick with the well reviewed providers.
Just read as much as you can on here for direction.
