My experience with Chloe is a diplomatic - Chloe is a "disagreeable sort!!"
My main issue with them is Chloe, but sometimes he/she has girls that no one else does. I have had a tough time, because sometimes I want to meet someone bad enough to deal with Chloe. Otherwise, as everyone else has stated avoid, avoid, avoid.
I only dealt with PM one time because they have my most favorite, hottest, hall-of-fame pornstar touring through my part of town. Chloe is very straightforward and my impression (plus research) is that s/he does not put up with any negotiation bull-shits. My date set-up was the smoothest ever and my fun party was definitely once in a lifetime memory.
I've had both good and bad experiences. On the one hand, Perfection Models had one of my favorite stars available that wasn't available through anyone else. I took the plunge and everything went well. Since then, I've used them sparingly. In the couple of interactions I've had with them since, communication has been erratic to say the least. I would only use them again if another opportunity arose to see someone I truly couldn't find anywhere else and I was willing to do backflips in order to see them.
