Not to much on the PSE scene in Philly unless Body Miracle or one of the agencies have someone here during your stay.

But as for local Philly attractions, I can give you some help.

If you're interested in American History, Independence Hall (The Liberty Bell) (http://www.ushistory.org/tour/tour_indhall.htm), Elfreth's Alley (http://www.elfrethsalley.org/), The Betsy Ross house (http://www.betsyrosshouse.org/), Carpenter Hall (http://www.carpentershall.org/).  

The Art Museum (http://www.philamuseum.org/) is great, and Philly is home to the Rodin (Creator of "The Thinker") Museum (http://www.rodinmuseum.org/) if you're into sculpture.  There's the Natural History museum...  There's also the Franklin Institute http://www2.fi.edu/, a science and tecnology museum that has an Imax theater and a planitaruim if you're into that kind of thing, and Finally, The oldest zoo in America (celebrating it's 150th year), The Philadelphia Zoo founded by Benjamin Franklin (http://www.philadelphiazoo.org/).

Try the Philadelphia Duck Tour, which is a tour in an amphibious vehicle that hit's the historic areas on land and then takes to the Deleware River for a "duck's eye view".  It's fun. (http://www.phillyducks.com/)

For entertainment, South Street is Philly's equivilent to NY's Soho; lots of artsy type shops and interesting restaurant.

Walnut St. near Rittenhouse Square has some fantastic restaurants.  For steaks, there's the Capital Grill (the best in the city in my opinion), Ruth Chris and there's a Morton's around there somewhere.  For 5-star dining, try Le Bec Fin, George Perrier's world famous restaurant considered one of the top 50 restaurants in the United States (http://www.lebecfin.com/).  And if you're a fan Japanese food, Iron Chef Morimoto's first U.S. restaurant, Morimoto's, is second to none. My favorite restaurant in Philly is Fogo de Chao, a fixed price Brazillian Churrascaria (steakhouse) restaurant.  The have "gaucho" waiters who roam the room with 15 different types of grilled meats on skewers and hand carve them for you table-side.  You have a card that's red on one side and green on the other... when the green is showing they keep approaching you with different meats, if you need a little break turn the red side up and they leave you alone. Obviously it's all you can eat; and they have one of the best salad bars (which calling it that isn't doing it justice) that I've ever seen.  It's fixed-price (about $48).  And it's located in a historic building that's gorgeous! http://www.fogodechao.com/

A lot more than two day's worth of activity, but you should be able to find something to do out of the above list, depending on your tastes.
