If you give Chloe your email and text, you'll be bombarded with texts for a while, but if you ignore them, PM sticks to email. I haven't gotten a text in over a year, but I still get texts pretty regular. Just shoot them an email and set it up. It's much easier that way. Also, the advertise on EROS for cities the talent will be visiitng.
