Helpubook was amazingly rude. I won't use them, ever. Bummer. Was looking to drop a lot of dough on a particular dream star of mine, but the communication was so bad, so rude, pretty threatening. Yes, I asked for the visit dates three times over a few days (sue me, I travel and couldn't look it up again) but I was called a tirekicker and difficult over text messages, and was so disappointed (really surprised) that I backed off. Amazing they do any business. If I was their star/client I'd be appalled.
I'll try another star focused agent. So, this thread is perfect timing!
I've only used TLC. I have had a wonderful time dealing with Adoinia. I can't say how right you can go with the others, but you can't go wrong with TLC.
TLC is simply the best. They're the only ones I deal with, and I've been happy with them for years. Adonia does a great job and she always does her best to make sure the client is happy.
