When I was in the hospital and had started feeling better, of course my fantasies started to center around the sexy nurse who comes in to give me a sponge bath... you know the rest.

But I realized that number one, the only women who wear nurses uniforms today are pornstars, and their uniforms include fishnet stockings and spiked heels.

90% of the nurses at the hospital I was at were obese (what's with that?  Certainly they have first hand knowledge of the consequences of obesity).  And they no longer wear uniforms; mostly it's flower print smocks.

Sigh... one more fantasy shattered! LOL
