Seems kind of appropriate given the circumstances.

I realize this sounds a little cold, but it seems a little odd to be posting this here. While it is tragic that SS is ill, and I cetrtainly hope her friends and loved ones help her, she was recently charging TOP dollar to the readers of this board, and was certainly not handing out any charity.

And personally it is highly unlikely any of us are going to donate any money to someone we do not even know..

The most money probably would come from the ladies in porn who are escorting..Unfortunately most ladies in this biz are either way too selfish or cannot even manage their own finances to do a 'phuckathon'..Just like we guys are too selfish and would rather put our money to get a session than help a person in need..

Good idea and it probably is the most effective way to raise money for Stephanie Swift..

The thing to remember here is that while this is a tradegy for any woman its a career ender for a Pornstar.  Like a baseball player losing an arm.  It doesn't matter what he was paid up til now, he's not going to be paid to play tomorrow. SS got into this biz very young. I hope she saved some of her earnings along the way.

I thought she was a top Pornstar in the 90's. Seems a bit odd she is looking for money to help her pay for her cancer treatment. Am I missing something?

Can not manage their money for the most part because it is hard to stop the lifestyle once the money stops flowing in..Just like Professional athletes..

another option is that she's perhaps looking for someone to foot the bill even for the deductables if she's insured. Not saying she is, but girls in this business do this kinda stuff all the time.
Hope she makes a full recovery!

I read in an article that I posted the link to on this site that she did have have any insurance and they wouldn't do the surgery unless it was paid up front.

Anyhow I am glad she had the surgery and I wish her a good and speedy recovery.

It is pretty well known that she has had the surgery and is trying to recover. If you don't want to donate, you can simply send her well wishes by sending her a card or signing the guestbook on the site bellow.

Jessica Drake is friends with her and is taking her time to try and solicit help for her.  She is also doing to Avon Cancer Walk.
