there is a reason they are called utr  if someone who is a verified member and are asking you can always pm them when they ask
i dont post reviews cause what i do is my business but i have seen a few utrs and i prefer that they and i keep what we do to ourselves

I would say no... but if someone inquires about a girl, depending on how UTR she wants you to keep her, you could give them the heads up and maybe her info. I would inquire about it with the lady beforehand.
