Ad is from last August, but I hear she's very active but no reviews. with so many hobbyists hitting that, why are there no reviews anywhere on the internet?

I know of at least one PS who isn't delisted, but doesn't want reviews, and thanks to one booker's thoughtless and transparent handling of her "UTR" status, that she's told me she definitely wants, in person and electronically, now has recent reviews. She's not happy, and now her choices are being delisted or letting things stand.

Sometimes all reviews are is a way to show off a guy's dick size, as opposed to serving a useful service, because the name is big enough that it doesn't help publicity, and anyone who is clued into the scene can find out if the service is up to par via word of mouth.

I wish people would think before they post reviews... and one booker was more careful about how to handle a UTR.

I believe that's Jenna Bentley.  And the reason there are no reviews is likely because, until recently, she was totally UTR given her connection to Hef and Playboy - she was living in the mansion for a while.

Notice that the first picture in the ad you posted is the picture on the link below with the face blurred out.  A search of "Jenna Berkley" on google brings up lots of hits for "Jenna Bentley" so I'm pretty confident it's the same girl.

As I said, last I heard she was UTR.  I didn't know she had started posting ads. I guess a lot of people didn't.  But I've seen several links to an Eros ad that she posted (maybe the one you copied?) and she was outed on her personal website.

Now I'm a little confused.  If you UTR models don't have reviews, but they charge big money, how do you find out if they're worth it if you don't know anyone that's been with them? listen to the agency? that seems stupid but I guess it's a roll of the dice?

Some people don't wish to have details of their privates in an online database searchable by anyone.

There are resources out there that don't involve TER.

The former moderator (now deceased) had a list that he shared with people in the community, for instance. He had other ways of talking to folks (a mailing list) that didn't involve TER (and wasn't restricted by the rules here).

Generally, though, we're not just going to hand things like this out to strangers with no review history and no prior involvement in the community like it's Halloween candy, for reasons that should be pretty obvious (we have no way of knowing if you're popo, a creepy stalker, or what have you).

Sorry if it bothers you that the new guy isn't going to be treated like a king, and that there's an expectation that you put in a bit of time and get to know people in the community before things come your way, but that's just the way it is. We all started out out in that place at one point.

I'd suggest finding ladies who float your boat (via agency, indy or what have you), contribute reviews and share experiences, and you may find that more opportunities and knowledge will come your way.

I have yet to post my review, but do NOT waste your money on this thing.  I recently met with her in New York. She's big cash, but so not worth it! Pictures are definitely photo shopped and plastic surgery abounds on her face which have created a strange look. Large scars under her boobs showing recent boob job.  Nice personality, but uses the word "baby" way too much gets annoying.  Clockwatcher, no anal unless you double pay, acne scars covered by makeup and pussy so stretched out by what I guess has been years of providing you can barely feel anything.  Run away as fast as you can. If you must try her, save money and book her through her website or her facebook page.  Lourdes, TLC and brigitte charge too much for this one.  Wouldn't be bad at $300/hr, but at $1500, I'm upset.  My pain is your gain.
