Start in the "FAQ for Newbies" board.  There are many resources available for verification and once you see a few, then you will have the references you need.

Your best bet is probably an agency.  I highly recommend TheLuxuryCompanion.com - they'll work with you, within your budget, and will find someone who you'll have a good time with.

If you don't want to go through an agency, Eros is probably a good second choice.  They have sites for LA, Vegas, and NYC so no matter where you are, you should be able to find someone.  However, you'll have to rely on the reviews to help you decide.  

That's the advantage to working with an agency - you have a single point of contact for all the ladies and can discuss what you're looking for and your budget.

you could do all the BS with the datecheck and sights like that, but many of the women there are OK. I can tell, you want unbelievable.
