Well, I have not seen the wikipedia article but she has written a couple of fairly long blogs on her MySpace page to the effect that she's done in the industry and is now working with an organization called the Pink Cross to reach out to other workers who may want to leave the industry.  The following comes from her MySpace page (and she notes that she left the industry in December 08 so that would explain the November 08 post:
