Moose is an extremely well respected reviewer and member of TER. I believe his account 100%, but also understand that these things do happen in all facets of business.
This is a good forum to get these things aired out and I believe it has been done. Both sides have spoken their piece, time to move on.
This may be my last post on TER...I actually didn't know things took such an ugly turn with Sexy Secrets (the agency now run by Bob & not Demi) until I received the angry texts from the aforementioned in the last hour....
The problem is when a poster says something negative, posts a negative review, often time the agency or lady (if it's independent booking) threatens the client.....If we are only supposed to say positvive & glowing things about escorts & agencies, and constructive & negative things are not permitted, then IMHO, it damages the integrity of the board....
I've been posting here since around mid-2002, & started seeing escorts long before that....I always tried to be honest in my posts, admittedly I tried to often lighten things up with movie analogies, some wisecracks, & of course some hyperbole.....But I never got mean or bashed anyone or any agency....(now, the politics board is a different story, hard to play nice there, need a thick skin there & I've done some heavy-duty name-calling there as well).....
Now to the Sexy Secrets debacle.....First off, the timing is quite strange....My original post about Mya was made on 1/2, it was made BEFORE I saw the Kat Twins later in the day....If they had such a problem w/my post, why the hell didn't they say something previously???.......
I even sent them a text earlier today, Jan. 4th mentioning what a great time the Kat Twins were, & received a postive reply....Then inexplibably, the bottom fell out....
I received a very angry text from Bob (the owner of Sexy Secret) saying: "Due to the bashing of Demi on ter that U started, I have decided to no longer book u".....Then there were other texts, basically saying I was too picky, difficult to deal with, etc...Really?.....
First of all, from my two posts below about Mya Nicole, I certainly don't see an evidence of "bashing".....In the second post, I even took some of the blame for the lack of chemistry between Mya & myself.....Yes, I was disappointed nothing would be done, but I ALSO SAID fine, let's move on & forget about it.....Bob was rather understanding when I talked to him Wed., what brought about such anger in him I don't know.....
Now, back to them saying "I'm too picky & difficult".....All I can say is wow, what arrogance.....I've booked 20 regular appointments with them since Aug. 2007, some include:
Emiliana, Richelle Ryan, Carolyn Reese (seen twice), Audrey Bitoni, Brooke Banner, Briana Love, Savana Gold, Tyler Faith, Alexis Love, Lela Star, Carmen MacCarthy, Krista Moore, Lindsay Meadows, Mya Nicole, Regan Reese, & the Kat Twins....Also, I've written some rather glowing reviews of some of these people.....
I also had a fetish video done (if you search my posts I've alluded to this fetish in prior threads, deals with voyeurism & erotic humilation), which was a separate appt. & it cost $5000, which there is no question I morbidly overpaid for, but I agreed to it & never said a damn thing...I also did a similar video twice perviously & paid 50% less....
I was required to send deposits every time, often a month or more out, I ALWAYS did & sent Fedex.....For the aforementioned fetish video, I sent a $2000 deposit THREE months out.....I never argued about rates, & I never cancelled any appointments....The most I asked for was a time change, from 9pm to 10pm, etc....
Since I'm such a bad guy & the second coming of Adolf Hitler, it's quite amazing that I was able to book 20 appts., plus the fetish video thru them in a year & a half????....
I've never raised my voice to a provider, I certainly have never threatened or hit any provider, goodness I haven't been in a fight since the first grade one in w/Ben in 1976...(that guy is now a detective to, lol).....I'm far from a perfect person, I have made many mistakes & will make many more.....But I've always treated escorts (and people in general) with respect....I'm a much better listener than I am a talker to...
I know I've been very opinionated & have had some very out-spoken views on some controversial topics, & some here probably don't like me for that, & that's fine and I accept that.....But I did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong to Sexy Secrets, & their whiny, cry-baby behavior comes as a total shock.....
But going back to what I said many paragraphs ago, if we aren't allowed so say anything negative, then perhaps this board should not exist....Life isn't always a smooth-sailing, kiss-ass Byron Allen interview.....
I have several months til my next trip to LA, looks like this God-awful person (LOL) will be booking somewhere else...Perhaps I'll just stick with the few direct contacts I have & not even see anyone new....I was treading towards repeats anyways, now that looks for sure the way it will be......

Please continue to post Moose. In order for this to be a great place for information about providers, we need the words of all hobbyists. Please reconsider, we need the positive and the negative reviews, to really have this be a valuable resource. Especially for the amount of $$$$ spent.
You should continue to post....the whole point of this board is free transfer of information so if something like this happens that easily could effect other hobbyists it should be posted...we never need to allow a situation (esp on this board where the fees are always pricy and often bordering on ridiculous) where an agency controls posts about itself by using blackmail and sexy secerets was special because it was Demi....if she is gone then it's just another suitcase pimp running an agency and should be treated as such

Really sorry to hear that after being such a valued customer that things would go this way. I have seen girls through Demi, and she's been great to work with. I wasn't aware that Bob had taken over.
I read your post, and it seemed within reason. We are supposed to talk openly about our experiences with providers, since that's what the board is all about.
I hope this isn't your last post, because we all value open discussion.
Look, only you know what happened in that room with Mya, so it's hard for all of us to judge. Personally, I didn't see any bashing of her from you, but rather an honest assessment of a less than great date. For pete's sake, you even took some of the blame for it. You knew that you were taking a risk by seeing a non-reviewed PSE, so shit happens. Most of the time, it works out for you. Occasionally it won't.
Also, this is the first I'm hearing that Demi is no longer involved in TheSexySecret. My bet is that if she was still involved that she would have done right by a great customer like you. Don't know Bob, but hope he's reading all of this.
As for you not posting, that's just a ridiculous premise! You're a well respected hobbyist here, and I know that I personally enjoy hearing about your escapades

Demi is professional, very well liked by many of us here, the girls love her, and she is a pleasure to deal with. I've always had great experiences with her, but for no particular reason I have not booked with her since her agency became the Sexy Secret.
This is all news to me about Demi not being at Sexy Secret, and I have no idea who Bob is and can not judge him. I do tend to go where Demi, Lita, Pam and Lexxi go.
Bad reviews, good reviews, so-so reviews, thats what TER is all about. I have been fortunate to have only good experiences lately cause I stick to well known girls, but I do appreciate negative reviews and I do not feel you bashed ANYONE, much less Demi or the Sexy Secret.
Blow it off, forget about it, you don't need the drama - this is a hobby and its supposed to be fun!
As Sly said, hold your head up high - you're a well respected hobbyist and will have no problem seeing any girl you want....regardless of your negative or positive reviews. I know of several girls that would see you ANYTIME!!!

My entire perspective on this hobby has changed completely since coming here. There are some strange comments to be sure but that is outweighed heavily by not only the positive atmosphere the forum provides but also the fairness (in general) of the reviews. My guess is someone in your position knows alot and I for one prefer to have you around.

When you spend that kind of money you should be picky and expect a certain level of performance. You are spending thousands of dollars with their company and get treated as such. Take you business elsewhere and with the state of the porn business there are plenty of options.
I suggest that we allow "Bob" to present his side of the story. If "Bob" chooses not to, or if his actions are malicious, then we, as fellow hobbyists, need to stick together. In that case, we need to place a boycott on all agencies that make threats to their clients. Instead of threatening clients, they need to deal with their employees. Anyone else agree with a boycott policy?
Why? Legal Concerns?
One of the most valuable purposes of the board is to provide an accurate account of our encounter with the ladies. It's very troubling to hear about providers and agencies who try to punish guys who speak the truth.
I noticed that Bob posted a response on the original thread, but when you're paying a porn star premium, being "picky" is built into the price and the agency should understand that. If the young lady didn't want to be there or something, she should not have gone through with the appointment.
Providers and agencies come in all types, good and bad, and even then there are individual ups and downs (which of us can bring the same consistency in any facet of our lives every day all the time?). There are no warranties, express or implied, in the hobby, only experience. We learn as we go and if we can share that experience and help someone else along the way we should be able to do so honestly and without intimidation. All reviews and comments need to be taken as highly subjective -- I have had great times with people who have been villified in reviews and vice versa (and have had a range of experiences within the same providers and agencies on repeats). All we can look for is some consistency in comments, trends and patterns to help guide us. No one should blacklist Mya or the agency on the basis of one experience, but let the comments speak for themselves as others share their perspectives. I get the sense this may be more about the refund request than the reivew/comments, simply because the comments on their face are balanced and benign, but who knows -- one incident does not define the universe. Keep posting, keep sharing and time will tell.
Being picky is the whole point of using (and contributing to) TER. TER is meant to send us to the good experiences, and make us wary of possible bad experiences.
Negative reviews are just as important as positive reviews. The important thing is that they are honest and un-biased. That isn't always the case, but we don't live in a perfect world, now do we?

i don't know bob, but he sounds like a complete douchebag. there's no way you ever bashed any of the girls, even after they were horrible to deal with. you handled it much better than i ever would have.
it seems like this is bob's problem to deal with. i would expect with his reaction, he's probably gonna lose more business than your review ever would have cost him. i for one would never deal with an asshole who berated me with text messages.
That when you are charging 1K+ per hour than the clients are going to have high expections..It is virtually impossible to meet these all the time..Some of the expectations for us guys is the following:
1) Showing up on time
2) Follow up quickly with emails and/or phone calls
3) Not showing up for appts in blue jeans and no make up..Sometimes I have seen ladies do both!
4) Giving BBBJ, DFK (A lot of times guys expect to get anal at this price)
5) Not watching the clock..I have seen one very popular porn lady and the first time she was out the door in 59 minutes..So next time I saw her I started as soon as she walked in the door..
6) Making us feel like we are the only guy in the word..I mean we know we are customer/johns but at least fake it for an hour!
7) Have a near perfect body..no cellulite, no gut, no wrinkles..Again I am talking about if you are charging 1K per hour..If not than expect some bad reviews..Remember at this rate the guy wants the girl who he cannot pick up in a bar..Everytime I evaluate a lady at this rate the first question I ask is "If I were at a nightclub would I follow her around and be nervous about asking her to dance"..Now if the lady does not have this than the guy will either walk out, give a bad review, or not come back for a second visit..You know you are worth 1K per hour if you have repeat visits..If not than the lady did not meet the guy's expectations..

I never sent a threatening message I just preffered to not do business in the future after speaking with Demi. Apparantly on every trip she has had to reimburse him some money off the next appt. many if you have been arranging things through me for quite some time, you just didnt know it.
Im sorry if people feel I was unprofessional in any way. I also spoke with Mya and remember there is always her side as well. I am trying to make everyone happy. I never sent one vulgar word to Moose as he did to me.
I wasnt mad at the actual post about Mya it was as though he never mentioned that Demi had helped him out on Past appts he wasnt happy with. All I read was that She didnt do anything for him this time.
He also got discounted rates on the girls for multiple bookings as he always did.
I wont go back and forth because I think it is unnecessary. I think it is my right to excuse a client for whatever reason. Just as you all have your choice of who you book with.
I know I have many Happy Clients. I believe on this post only 2 people have booked thru me or Demi.

You reimbursed me $300 twice....Once for Brianna Love, & once for Carmen MacCarthy....And both of these times I've even written about on past posts, one can do a search...I've said countless positive things about past bookings on this board & have written many great reivews of the people I've seen, again one can do a search..
So 18/20 (or 90%) times things went just fine....

I didn't take your posting as bashing. Not every hobbyist is going to have a great time with every girl. Likewise, even the best of ladies sometimes don't have the best sessions. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. When I talk with a hobbyist about a provider I try to figure out if there will be a good fit.
It's a shame the amount of drama that makes its way into this hobby. One of the reasons I hobby is to avoid drama. If someone doesn't want to book for you anymore I'd say let it drop and move on. There are plenty of other agents that will book for you.
For the record, I've always had good results with Demi personally, but haven't booked with her since the change to TSS.

I just booked an appointment with them last week. The morning of the appt, I got a text from Bob saying that Demi was unavailable and he would be handling the appointment. The girl I booked showed up on time without a problem and we had a wonderful time.
I don't see any problem with the transition as long as they continue to provide the same service. Most of my appointments through Demi have been by email and text and I really did not care who was booking the apt for me. They have always delivered and hopefully that won't change. They have some incredible girls working for them.

We all should be able to post honest reviews...good, bad, indifferent. What really sucks is that someone as well regarded as Moose with 26 reviews and many more posts has seemingly been intimated by Bob. What good is this forum and TER if one cannot post their honest experiences? This will become one glorified provider advertisment. TER will lose all credibilty to me if people feel as if they cannot post.
Moose, thank you for your candor and your post. I am sure that there are at least three sides to the story. Moose's, Mya's and Bob's and then there is somewhere in between (though I'd be very inclined to think that the story falls very close to your version)
Bob will have to deal with the fallout. He is a business person, and he will deal with it how he wants to.
But please as other posters have indicated....please dont stop posting here. I can say that I personally have found your posts and reviews invaluable to the spirit here on TER.
I agree with all that the value of this board is open exchange of information - both good and bad. That said, I re-read Moose' original post, and thought he relayed his experience in a rational and respectful manner. Keep on posting Moose !
This is what makes me angry about this whole thing. Demi sold her business and didn't even bother telling anyone. Next thing you know, some guy named Bob has all your personal information, knows your name, etc... Yet you don't have a clue who he is. This stinks like that whole Bellamodels mess with "off site" storage. Never again will I use an agency just because of shit like this.

To much crap here... Don't need to deal with an agency that is in flux the way it is...
New owner, probably will have some growing pains with how they want the agency run now that Demi is no longer in charge... Who ever used this agency in the past will have to deal with someone new and how they want their business run...
If we don't like it we can vote with our wallets and not use them...
Was looking for a porn star to see but will bypass this agency... To many other indy's or agency's to use with the porn slow down...
