If you haven't heard by now a friend and pornstar Kimberly Kupps was arrested a few weeks ago in Polk County, Florida for making adult videos at her home and posting them for sell on her website and Clips4sale. If you don't know Kimberly, she is probably one of the nicest, sweetest person that I have ever met in the adult entertainment business. They took her site down so here's a link to some of her pictures...

Given her deep financial battle the last few years with foreclosure and especially cancer, she desperately needs help now legally, fighting the obscenity charges facing her. To me, this case outcome could also have large impact on individuals who produce and sell adult content from their own home and website. Our right to enjoy our sexual freedom is under attack all over by a government that can't provide for its people, so it sets up these attacks on us as a side show.

The attack on SWC in Albuquerque is another example of this.  (Does anyone know if they have a legal defense fund?)

The more people who donate, the more likely we will have a free society.

Unfortunately, I do not have the money to support her fight although I do support it.

If anyone knows her, please convey to her that she has, at least, emotional/spiritual support.

Also please suggest to her that she contact two organizations that might be willing to help her in this fight pro bono:  The American Civil Liberties Union, and The Electronic Freedom Foundation.  Both organizations have a long history of defending free speech rights.  I've worked with both.

While they don't take every case, when they do join one, they give it their all.

always has very interesting and blood pressure raising articles on the religious right and their war on porn...IMO, the worst anti-porn group is the NY based Morality in Media....You look at their webiste, and i can't for more than 4 minutes before i want to throw up, you would think porn is #1,2,3,4, of the top 5 issues facing the country today...

Did she post these videos for sale with the other performer(s) permission? If not, than she has no case..I know there certain forms that must be signed before any video can be released.

Yes, full releases. She's a professional and knows the rules.  Her only mistake was staying in that stupid conservative Florida County.
