The picture should be in one of these two formats : jpg or gif and it should have an http:// address, like http://www.theeroticreview.com/image_escort_review.gif, meaning it should be on web, ifyou have a picture on your computer you can not link to it unless you share it on internet with a webshare program like yahoo or msn,... you can left click on a picture on web and click on properties to see its http:// address and then copy and paste it in the picture url box.
http://www.xxxxxxxx.com/xxx/ddd/picture.jpg (or gif) or anything like this format.
