After being unceremoniously dumped as a moderator, then moderated and now locked out of the RO board, it has been made clear to me that TER no longer wants me around here. I am going to oblige them and ride off into the sunset. I was one of the biggest cheerleaders around here for the changes and I still think many of the new policies are very positive. I wish the board the best.
I have met many, many amazing people here and may continue to lurk, but I really doubt it. Irregardless, I will not be posting or PM'ing. The timing of all this is actually pretty good for me, as I am starting a new chapter in my life.

This job was easy peazy compared to the other boards and that is a tribute to the quality of the participants. Yes, I did say stupidity...Like someone internal knows this scene to effectively contribute to this board....I see a slow and painful demise.....hell, even a lot of the agencies stopped posting on the board....
I remember my old boss told me "The way you know if I fire you is if you come into work and the locks are changed". Sure enough after 4 years of working I came to the office and the locks were changed. The secretary opened the door and gave me my last check and I had 30 minutes to clean out my desk!
