Just off the top of my head, there's a government agency called the Internal Revenue Service you should check.  They are at (800)829-1040.  I'm just taking a wild guess here, but maybe they would know when you might receive you frickin' check. But, hey, it's only a guess!

Go to the IRS website and click on "Where's My Refund"? then follow the on-screen instructions.

I actually got a check from the state of California for 78 cents. I framed it.

you could be waiting a long time.  State refunds are last on the list of most state government priorities.  As for a Fed refund I haven't seen one of those in more than a decade so can't help there.

Got mine the other day.  There is enough there to setup atleast 19 appointments
