FWIW, I emailed them earlier this year (6-9 mos. ago, I think) about a UTR model and they replied right away, but when I specified some dates I never heard back.  I'm not sure if that's because the model is no longer available - I thought she was so was surprised when I saw her listed - or if because they are defunct - also a possibility because their roster hasn't been updated in a long time.  Good luck to you.
