With a condom you a little bit more protected  but in reality you are not. Is a risk you must live with if you are wanting to be in this sort of entertainment venue.

Kissing and Blowjobs are safer but you can still get infected with any type of STD.

As a PSE I find it nasty that someone wants to do it. Even in my movies I am condom only, you cant rely on the test from AIM or any HIV/AIDS test, STD's are different but arent you more afraid of what you arent seeing, or smelling? When a client approaches me with that question, It makes me question whether or not I will see that person, This business is fun but its also dangerous so be safe or dont play the game
