I didn't realize the links to Miko's photos were from a private meeting. Those are unappropriate for this board for several reasons, the main one being legal. There are USC 2257 issues since some of the photos are hardcore.

Also, without hearing from the lady herself granting permission I don't feel comfortable  posting personal photos or even links to them.

I know Rob's a good guy and meant no harm but I feel photos like this, if shared, should be done thru back channels.

I too was a little concerned about the pics. Good move.

I know Miko and tried to contact her today with no reply yet, but I totlly agree with your call on this! Thanks

The entire circumstance under which the pictures were taken were illegal.  However, secondary publication here is hardly an issue, since you allow pics by others even though TER keeps no records regarding model consent.  Under USC 2257 model consent is entirely irrelevant.

Actually, USC 2257 is on the road to Supreme Court review after the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the record keeping requirements unconstitutional.

The posting pics were simply inappropriate since it was a private encounter and both parties had apparently not agreed to their distribution after the fact.

2257 laws aside the pictures were taken during a private session. I'm sure he probably paid extra for the priviledge but I'm also willing to bet that Miko told him not to publish them...which he went right ahead and did anyway.

The fellow who did it make a bad decision and the moderator did the right thing.

The moderator made the right move.  Miko would be upset to have the pics posted without her consent.  Souvenir videos are for the clients private use only. Thanks.

...meaning keeping the pics up or taking them up was entirely centered around Ed's subjective ethics and not an objective standard such as an criminal statute.  Trying to claim fear of prosecution, and thus absolve oneself of prejudicial determination in this action is intellectually dishonest.  Especially, since this hobby is illegal in 99.99% of the jurisdictions in these United States.
