Back on topic, the closest PSE provider to a Suicide Girl type that I know of is Riley Mason.  She's a bit more of an Emo look, not fully sleeved or anything like that, but still hot and fairly reasonable in the price department.  I; however, have not had the opportunity to see her yet.
