Again I am not saying do not see these deadbeat girls all I am saying is for the ones like Kate Frost if they ask you to wire you the money before the appointment than make sure you know the girl's history..Just like if a guy has a history of giving girls fake money than I would suspect the girl would want to know before hand..

Your points are well taken and the bottom line is the guy should have received his money regardless of what technological advances were avialable at the time - it's just common decency and good business

When it coems to deposits there are a couple of things that boggle my mind:

- why take a deposit if upon cancellation on the ladies part, the PS or any provider can not pay it back immediately

- PS charge a premium and right or wrong the expectaion is great performance behind closed doors and to handle your BUSINESS in an appropriate fashion. It seems like Kate has the behind closed doors part down pat, the business part, not so sure

- It always appears that the cleint has to chase down his deposit. It's all sunshine and smiles when the deposit is given then you need to hire a SWAT team to get it back

- Am I being to simple on this. If a PS is charging say 1k/hr and owes a refund, why don't they just book an appointment with a regular and just hand over that fee to client who is owed the refund. I doubt very much that the porn ladies are sitting idle between the time a depsosit is given and the time of a cancellation. They deal in a cash business for the most part so they normally have SOME money on hand. Which makes not paying the client back a conscious descison on the part of the lady. They know what they are doing and are chosing not to pay! Let's jsut call it what it is.

- they dont want to hear any sob stories from us if we cant pay their fee and we should not except weak excuses for not being refunded a deposit immediately!!! There may be a legitimate excuse and that would be for each individual to decide for themselves

- in the real world when you don't pay what you owe you are considered a deadbeat, case closed! Try not paying your mortgage and see how friendly your bank is. And when they come for your house they are not showering you with rose pedals!! LOL

It's obvious there is interest in this topic due to the number of views, but because of the lady in question I think the responses are muted for fear of pissing her off or maybe not being able to secure an appointment in the future. If that is the case my repsonse would be as great as Kate is there are a ton of ladies out there that will gladly see you and handle their business appropriately. If anything bringing theses issues to light will help Kate in the long run and hopefully help other ladies dot their i's and cross their t's a little better.

Yes, the incident did happen a few years ago now. It was not back in the dark ages before paypal or electricity, or "other secure methods of payment." Kate was on tour with Dru Berrymore and made a rare stop to my city. Since Kate has always been one of my favorite Porn Stars, I jumped at the chance to see her. I deposited the money into her account as requested, which I believe is more than her current discount rate (Tho I'm sure it's no longer active, I still have the account number). Things didn't work out, and I didn't get to meet her. I understand that. I was disappointed, but it happens. I emailed her, called her then assistant, and made every effort short of small claims court, to get her to refund the money. In the beginning, she promised she'd do so, eventually she just stopped acknowledging my emails and calls altogether. If you search the forum here, you'll see that I've posted about this matter several times over the years to no avail. Finally I just gave up hope that she'd do the right thing. I do keep holding out hope that she'll come through. Hell, even now I'd still love to spend time with her, whatever her hair color. She is damn hot. But I won't be giving her another cash deposit ever again.
